Hi! I’m Michelle Taylor and I’m the Marriage editor here at BellaOnline. I have much practical experience (good and bad) to bring to this site.
I’ve been married twice. My first marriage lasted nine years. I was 20 when we married, extremely young. At first the marriage was great, but time went on and we both made mistakes. Those mistakes eventually ended our marriage. I learned a lot from those mistakes. Unfortunately I learned them too late to save that marriage.
That knowledge did come in handy when I remarried, however. February of 2017 will have been 16 years of delightful marriage for my husband David and me. Like I said, I brought a lot of knowledge with me into this marriage, plus the fact that we are both older and (I think) more mature.
We have three children; two from my first marriage – Michael and Jordan, and one together, Seth.
I hope to share those lessons I learned with you, as well as some tidbits I’ve gleaned from others along the way. We will focus mostly on the couple, but we will touch on family every now and again.
